Something to consider: if you are an employer that judges applicants due to a lack of longevity, you cannot also be an employer that baits and switches applicants on jobs after they are hired. Bait and switching your new employees is your direct contribution to that person's lack of longevity on their resume--because they WILL leave your position sooner rather than later, and they will be the ones who bear the consequences of not staying ~for years~ in an untenable situation. #DontBeThatCompany
