Celebrating National Mentoring Month 👩🏫 Mentorship is more than guidance - it’s about building connections and growing together. We are proud to support a mentoring culture that empowers our people to thrive. At NFU Mutual, we know that mentorship plays a key role in personal and professional growth. This National Mentoring Month, we sat down with Charlie Yorke, one of 246 dedicated mentors within our business, to hear his thoughts on what mentoring means to him. Later this month, we will be sharing some insight from one of our mentees, as well as hearing from Debs Butler, who leads our mentorship programme here at NFU Mutual. #NationalMentoringMonth #FinancialServices #NFUMutual #CareerGrowth #Mentor

This month marks National Mentoring Month, a month to celebrate and raise awareness about the power and impact of mentoring. We recently spoke with Laura Dowson-Eastwood, one of our mentees to find out how she’s finding her experience working with a mentor here at NFU Mutual. At NFU Mutual, we understand how valuable a 1-1 mentoring relationship is for both our mentors and mentees. Our Mentoring Programme allows our colleagues across the business to grow within their career while overcoming any personal obstacles they’re experiencing with an ally they can trust. Here’s to celebrating mentors, mentees, and the power of mentorship this month, and every month throughout the year 💛 #NationalMentoringMonth #FinancialServices #NFUMutual #CareerGrowth #Mentee

Mentorship Month: A Time to Celebrate Growth and Connection Mentorship is one of the most rewarding ways to give back and grow simultaneously. Over the years, I've had the privilege of mentoring talented professionals through incredible organizations like ECO Canada, CPHR Alberta, and Wedu. Each mentoring relationship has been a journey of shared learning, resilience, and empowerment. It’s a reminder that mentorship is not just about guidance—it’s about building others up and watching them flourish. To those I’ve mentored: thank you for trusting me with your journey. To those considering mentorship: it’s a gift that keeps giving, for both mentor and mentee. How has mentorship shaped your path? I’d love to hear your story. #MentorshipMonth #MentorshipMatters #GivingBack #EmpoweringGrowth

Absolutely agree with Nicholas! Mentoring isn't just about giving, it's about mutual growth. I've been fortunate to experience both sides of the mentorship dynamic, and it's truly transformative. Embracing the opportunity to give back and learn simultaneously is what makes programs like this so impactful. #MentorshipMatters #PersonalGrowth Sign up for next year! Link in bio.

This is brilliant Marcus Matthews !!! I'm late to the party, however, I want to send shout outs to María Adriana ~ The Genius Journey® Structures for Success , Adrian Hales Angela Roth Michelle Hope-Wright and Kay Reeve for your diligence and service to the world, as well as my NeuroCreative life, health, and career. Navigating NeuroDivergent and Heart-Centred Creative challenges in a world that tends to support statistics, competition, comparisons, and judgement at such a deep level is almost unbelievable to conceive! The 'gratitude 'muscle' is absolutely essential ✨️ 🙏🏼 Automated judgement spreads to all human minds, even the most mentally agile, and is what I believe is the thing to look at first and foremost in order to move forward as a species. This is why I'm so adamant in my approach to coaching around becoming free from this archaic mindset. The empathy 'muscle' is also absolutely essential ✨️ 🙏🏼 Giving and receiving support must come in equal measures in order to not only stay afloat, but keep focussed on higher-level targets that benefit the bigger picture. This barely touches the sides to explain how important empathy and support is, no matter how tiny or quick that moment of help seems, ... and who else has not only helped me along the way, but who I've supported as well, and the ongoing ripple effect that this all has in the world going forward. I too, do believe that mentorship and Mentoring truly shapes the world in the background with an invisible hand of care, compassion and courage to drive the progress needed to allow us to evolve as humans! Please take a moment to appreciate who has helped you in your life, and that you've also helped, along this last few incredible years of learning and growth. 💪🏽❤️✨️🎬🚀🌼🌿🤩 (of course, be in touch if you want to work on your gratitude and empathy muscles for yourself and/or all other beings ... in order to become the best human you can be.) #UniqueLearningAbility #CelebrateYourPotential #NeuroCreativeLeadership
🏅I help you unlock the most powerful tool you already possess—your Mind 🧠 🫂 Even if no one sees your struggle, you deserve a way out❤️ 🚀 Find freedom, confidence & success by being YOU!
