Amazing to lift my head up today from a meeting and see this on the screen outside of the conference room I was sitting in. What a day for the Lineage team and shareholders! What this company has done is a #masterclass in not just financial engineering but as well construction of a hyper-resilient business. This is an HBS study at some point… - accomplished all of this in approximately 15 years #timetovalue - rolled up/creates over 450 locations to become the largest cold storage org in the world - operates in a very lean and optimized way across the board, creating disproportionate leverage. They used partners where needed to expedite which allowed them to move very fast. - they are a REIT but with a core of a technology company. The focus on science and technology in the way that they look at energy and the digitization of the business is amazing. They purchased Turvo Inc. as part of this value creation. It clearly should be an influence on the valuation. - I see many PE firm emulating the pattern that Lineage set forth. What a compliment. Get to know LINE.
