Agree, subtle bullying/discrimination through #gaslighting in workplace is not only difficult to recognise, #shanayarathod but also most difficult to prove in a sexual harrasment complaint by the aggrieved woman. Often other colleagues who may agree with the woman in person, do not like to come forward to testify in front of the IC members, this making the findings inconclusive. The actual culprit becomes Power play and often women who are being targetted are in the subordinate positions. This makes it imperative for more stringent training of the IC committee members and the whole staff alike. #gaslighting #poshtraining #roleofIC #evidence
