How the proposal for Tadipaari or externment is prepared? When a API or PI of a police station reaches to the conclusion that the movement or encampment of certain person is causing or is calculated to cause danger or alarm or reasonable suspicion that unlawful designs are entertained by such person, He makes a proposal of Tadipaari. As per section 55 of the Maharashtra Police Act, a gang has to be externed from respective jurisdiction. Therefore, while preparing a proposal the police officer makes a list of the crimes committed by the persons who he wants to extern. After making the list and considering the crimes one of the co-accused is made a gang leader and the rest accused are made as gang members. After this 2 secret witnesses are called and their statements are recorded. These statements are relating those incident/crimes committed against them by propose externees that the victim doesn't want to register a case due to fear. Based on these statements the police officer tries to establish that the movement or encampment of proposed externess is causing danger and alarm. After compiling the list of crimes, statements of secret witnesses and the reasoning of the police officer, this proposal is sent to DYSP for consideration. #law #externment #litigation #quasijudicial

A GRIEVANCE does not die on its own. It is there for all time to come unless it is redressed to the satisfaction of the citizen who had sent the grievance. Under CPGRAMS, citizens submit their grievances for redress. DARPG is the NODAL AGENCY for satisfactory implementation of CPGRAM System in ministries, departments, state governments and other organizations. None of the departments to whom I have submit grievances for redress have any respect for citizens right to redressal of their grievances. These departments are, Bureau of Indian Standards, Department of Consumer Affairs, Department of Personnel & Training, Prime Minister Office and DARPG. Not even a single grievance has been satisfactorily redressed. PM has categorized grievances as per their contribution for growing grievances and very high dissatisfaction among citizens. The grievances on top of the list are due to ABUSE OF POWER & CORRUPTION. Heads of the above departments and officers assigned to redress the grievances should be NAMED & SHAMED in Social media.

Major highlights of Supreme Court judgement on Adani Group, today : SC junks allegations in OCCRP (Organised Crime and Corruption Reporting Project). SC junks allegations of conflict of interest against its panel. SC says independent reports or newspaper stories cannot be used to start a SEBI investigation. OCCRP and Hindenburg cannot be independently verified. Furthermore, SC cautions petitioners for filing pleas without adequate research. Moreover, Govt of India and SEBI to look into whether there is any infraction of the law by the Hindenburg report on short selling, and if so, then take action as per law.
