Foams are broadly classified into two categories based on their cell structure: closed-cell and open-cell. Closed-Cell Foam: ➡ In closed-cell foams, individual cells are sealed off from one another, resulting in a robust and resistant structure. ➡This type of foam is ideal for applications requiring insulation or moisture resistance. ➡Notable closed-cell foams include Neoprene, EPDM, Polyethylene, and Polyvinyl Chloride. TF-9301 is an environmentally friendly and efficient homopolymer PP flame retardant masterbatch, which has good thermal stability, excellent dispersibility, high flame retardant efficiency, non-toxic and low smoke, and is not easy to precipitate; The product has high whiteness and does not affect the color of the product; The thermal stability number allows the product to be processed repeatedly without significant changes in flame retardancy, strength, and color; This product complies with EU Environmental Standards (RoHS) and does not contain polybrominated biphenyls (PBB) or polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE). This product is widely used in household appliances, wires and cables, sockets, switches, corrugated pipes, charging stations, PP hollow panels, automotive interior plastic parts, building materials and other fields. The addition of about 4% to 5% in homopolymer PP can achieve good flame retardant effect. This product can be directly injected according to the measurement of materials, and a large amount of filling materials can also be added. TF-9301 can replace BASF FR116.
