Things to keep from January 2024: • Life is short even when you live 93 years. • It's dark & cold outside at 6:30 am in January but consistency works so get out there! • Birthdays and lives must be celebrated! • You too can learn to bake a cake from scratch! • ✅ things off your list before the deadline. Avoid the rush. • Take lots of pictures and delete the ones that other people don't like of themselves. • Christmas decorations may be boxed up and put away but keeping a string of lights out and plugging them in at night adds warmth to your space. • Don't let rain ruin your party! • Book the flight. • Always take the high road. • Back roads are more interesting than highways. • The discipline and good habits that you create in your life will be worth it. Keep going. • When what you are planning for is years down the road, maintain a long term perspective. #worthit #choosewell #keepthegood #makeitlast #whatsnext? #beready!

Happy birthday June born! Age can not make you feel weak when the mind is determined to achieve. Feel strong and positive as you enter June, and feel special if you celebrate a special day this month, whether your birthday anniversary or any milestone. As we grow old, we put aside many of our dreams, thinking we are to old try. There is no doubt that growing age can lessen our strength and level of energy, but if the mind is strong, we generate the strength to achieve anything. We may be slow, it may take time, but we can make it possible. So, if you have any dreams, don't put them away because you feel too old to try. Go slow, but give it a go. Even if you don't achieve anything you want, you will discover the strength you still have. Best wishes.

Anniversaries are reminders to check in on our past selves... This was the heading of a MEDIUM newsletter published on 11th September. Although the content is about the horrific events of 9/11, it also made me think about other anniversaries. Birthdays, weddings, and other special events. "Anniversaries serve an important psychological purpose: They’re like checkpoints in time, reminders to pull over and remember the people we used to be." Anniversaries give us the opportunity to just stop for a moment, take a deep breath, reflect, and think about the lessons of the past. Who were we a year ago, or two, or ten? Who are we now? How have we changed? What have we learnt? What contribution have we made? What have we done for a better world? And what about our aspirations for the future? For ourselves? Our partners? Our families? Our communities? When we reach the next anniversary checkpoint, what do we want to reflect on? Got me thinking.... #reflection #appreciation #gratitude #personalgrowth

Life moves fast these days. It's easy to get caught up in all the hustle and bustle. We are constantly worrying about our work. We are always thinking about our next project. While doing this we forget the most important thing in our lives… Our family. To escape this never ending cycle, we do things differently in our family: → We eat dinner together and make some great memories. → We get together with our whole family on a regular basis. → We share our hopes and dreams with the people we love. → We celebrate birthdays and special days with our family. Remember, your family is your rock and they've got your back. Always make time for the people who matter most. Life goes by in the blink of an eye, and before you know it, years have flown by. Don't let that happen without making amazing memories with your family. Make these moments of togetherness a top priority, and you'll find that your life is fuller and happier than you ever imagined. P.S. How do you make time for your family?

| 36 Times Around the Sun | As I celebrate my 36th birthday, I find myself reflecting on the lessons that have brought the most joy, peace, and love into my life. Some of those lessons are found within these five books that have shaped who I am today: 1. The Bible: This is my daily compass, guiding me through every season. It’s an act of faith and worship, a source of strength that never grows old. Each time I read it, I find new meaning that speaks to the present chapter of my life. 2. The Secret: “Ask and you shall receive.” This book changed how I view life, helping me understand the power of vision, manifestation, and gratitude. Positivity attracts positivity—it’s truly a choice and a mindset. The more you give, the more you receive. Simple, yet profound principles to live by. 3. A Purpose Driven Life: On my 4th read of this one! This book is a guide to recenter our “why.” It challenges us to live a purpose-driven life, unlocking ways to do so. 4. The Four Agreements: So simple, yet so powerful. Be impeccable with your word. Don’t take things personally. Don’t make assumptions. Always do your best. 5. Becoming Supernatural: A recent addition to my reading list, and one I’m finding hard to put down! Dr. Joe Dispenza shows how we all have the potential to tap into extraordinary abilities and transcend our limitations. It’s both eye-opening and inspiring. Every birthday is a moment to reflect—on how far we’ve come, where we’re headed, and what we’re grateful for in the present moment. It’s a time to celebrate what was, what is, and what’s yet to come. As I look forward to this next year, I pray for abundance in business, health for my family, and opportunities to give more, do more, and be more than I ever imagined. Cheers to being one year wiser!

🌟 Birthday Reflections: A Time for Emotions, Growth, and Gratitude 🌟 As my birthday month rolls in, I've been reflecting on the strange mix of emotions that come with it—excitement, nostalgia, vulnerability. It’s not just about another year passing, but about surviving, evolving, and finding meaning in both the highs and the lows. In my latest blog, I dive into the feelings that birthdays bring—how we crave attention, feel a deep sense of reflection, and sometimes even shed a tear. And you know what? That’s okay. Birthdays are more than just a day—they’re moments of self-connection and the realization that, no matter how tough life gets, we’re here, growing, and moving forward. Take a read, and maybe you’ll see birthdays in a different light. #BirthdayMonth #SelfReflection #Growth #MentalHealth #PersonalJourney
