🎉 Celebrating 10 Years of Developing the Young Workforce (#DYWDecade) 🎉 This January marks an incredible milestone: a decade of Developing the Young Workforce (DYW)! Since its launch, DYW has helped countless young people across Scotland prepare for the world of work, fostering essential connections between employers and the future workforce. At NHS Lanarkshire, we’re proud of our partnership with DYW LED. Their support during our modern apprenticeship inductions has been invaluable. From running interactive sessions to helping apprentices explore teamwork and problem-solving, they’ve been a vital part of our young people’s journeys into healthcare careers. We’ve also loved being part of DYW’s Step into The Future events, inspiring school pupils to explore STEM career paths within healthcare. These events highlight the essential skills needed for life after school and open doors to exciting opportunities in the NHS. We’re grateful to DYW and all the employers, educators, and organisations who have collaborated over the years to inspire and prepare Scotland’s young people. 💡 Find out more about the impact of DYW and how you can get involved at dyw.scot. Let’s celebrate this incredible journey and continue to shape Scotland’s future workforce together! 📢 Share your favourite DYW memories and join the conversation using #DYWDecade. #DevelopingTheYoungWorkforce #FutureWorkforce #TeamLanarkshire
