Pulte made their debut back into the Denver market at the Sterling Ranch master plan. Here is Anja Seng's overview of the project: Sterling Ranch has 3 Pulte collections: Crest, Merdian, and Apex, the last of which we just featured on New Home Trends Institute's DesignLens. Apex is the densest with two- and three-story homes ranging from 1,875 to 2,500 square feet on lots averaging 3,284 square feet, obtaining a net density of 8.6 per acre. When increasing density, two things make a big difference in appeasing buyers concerns: 1. Increase livability within the home: In addition to optional finished basements, buyers have 4 bedrooms and a flex room on three-story plans, or can add an optional third floor with a game room, wet bar, and two big balconies to two-story plans. These homes have three to four substantial outdoor spaces. 2. Increase lifestyle within the community: Buying a home within a master plan like Sterling Ranch gives you access to a plethora of events and amenities: Food and retail at the welcome center, parks throughout, childcare, a clubhouse and pool, etc. (Can't wait to tour this master plan in person at our New Home Trends Summit!) Anja Seng Just drove by this the other day. It’s looking really good. Lots of beautiful homes and close to Chatfield Lake!
