Continuing with the session on last Sunday, I had the privilege to attend the second session in the entrepreneurship course focusing on Business Opportunity Evaluation Metrics. The session began with a summary of last session, leading to a discussion on idea classification, crucial for categorizing ideas effectively. Grateful to Sivaji Paritala for using well-known case studies to illustrate each point. The key takeaway highlighted the importance of a value-driven business opportunity for both target customers and entrepreneurs. It emphasized fulfilling unmet needs of consumers willing to pay for the goods or services acquired, ensuring potential profit-making ability for the entrepreneur. The session then delved into the hierarchy of needs, aiding in the categorization of various needs to facilitate a strategic approach. Discussions revolved around essential factors to consider when evaluating ideas for implementation. An example on the education system shed light on identifying pain points and service opportunities. Excited for the upcoming sessions focusing on Business Model Canvas (BMC). Looking forward to further insights and practical applications in the entrepreneurial journey. #Entrepreneurship #learning

It’s always exciting to talk to college students, especially about entrepreneurship. Sharing my journey with them is a pleasure, and I love seeing their interest in building something of their own. It's both a challenge and an inspiration to connect with such bright minds. The main idea I share with them is TEA – Time, Energy, and Action. Students have plenty of time and energy, but they need to use them wisely. My message is simple: focus on making the most of your time, put your energy into things that matter, and take action. Without action, even the best ideas go nowhere. Entrepreneurship is about using your time and energy with courage. It’s about taking that first step, even when it’s scary, and learning from mistakes along the way. I was thrilled to bring this message to the students of RIT, Rajapalayam, and I believe they have the potential to achieve great things. Let’s keep celebrating the power of youth and the entrepreneurial mindset that can change the world! Dr Kaliappan M Ramnath Muthusamy #Entrepreneurship #YouthPower #RIT #TEAFormula #Success

Much needed call. Are students expected to conform to outdated norms for success? In today's modern era, entrepreneurship is valued more than ever. Can we truly expect students to thrive if they are solely focused on maintaining a threshold of attendance in classes rather than honing their skills and pursuing their passions? #Education #Entrepreneurship #ModernSkills #attendance
