We are thrilled to announce that our internal communication campaign, Play Nice, has been named Best Global Internal Content Campaign of the Year at the Global Content Awards 2024! 🎉   Play Nice was launched last year to promote the use of The Daily Wonder, Nice's innovative global intranet platform. The campaign was designed as an engaging charity race, born from a partnership between Nice and UNICEF Italia.   But Play Nice was more than just a campaign—it was a purpose-driven initiative that engaged employees worldwide and fostered a sense of global community. By interacting with content on the intranet, Nice People could earn points and contribute to charitable donations. Through this playful interaction, we turned engagement into tangible good deeds—truly living up to the Play Nice name. The intranet became a vibrant hub for employees to connect, collaborate, and make a positive social impact.   We brought this project to life by teaming up with the amazing MAIZE — Designing Futurabilities team, our partner for the launch. This recognition is a testament to the power of meaningful internal communication and the incredible work of our teams. Please note: Nice supported UNICEF.
