🌏 The Journey of Finding a Job as a Foreigner in South Korea 🌏 Breaking into a new job market is always a challenge, but doing so in a foreign country adds an entirely new layer of complexity. As someone navigating the job search process in South Korea as a foreigner, I’ve encountered hurdles I didn’t anticipate: ❌ Language barriers, even with language skills. ❌ Understanding workplace culture and expectations. ❌ Adjusting my applications to align with local practices. ❌ So many rejections. Yet, every "no" I receive is a step closer to the right opportunity. 💡 I’m motivated by the prospect of growth, learning, and contributing to a dynamic and innovative environment. South Korea has so much to offer, and I believe persistence pays off when fueled by genuine passion and a willingness to adapt. To anyone in a similar situation: You’re not alone. Let’s keep pushing, learning, and improving. Opportunities might take time, but with enough dedication, we’ll get there ! If you’ve been through this or have advice to share, I’d love to hear your story. And if you’re open to connecting, I’m always eager to learn from others in this journey. Fighting! 💪 #JobSearch #SouthKorea #Persistence #Motivation #KoreaTalent #TalentAcquisition

I have seen many Japanese companies post job openings for overseas candidates for over 6 months, and some even for a year. I want to say to the Japanese company HR and recruitment companies that the applicant has seen the recruitment post, knows the criteria for the job, and if he has any relevant skills, he applies for the job. What I want the hiring people to consider is that if he has completed a bachelor's degree, he has already shown potential by committing to a place for four years, showing up every day, and completing a series of tasks reasonably well and on time. On top of that, he has learned the required level of the Japanese language, one of the toughest language, and has acquired some necessary software knowledge. If the company hires him, even if he is not perfect for the job initially, he will become fit for the job after some training. However, you have been searching for the perfect candidate for the job for a long time. #job #recruter #japan #japanese #HR #recrutment #engineer #overseas

There are 3 minimal points that need to be prepared well if you want to get employed in Japanese companies 🇯🇵 💼 with full benefits. Not to exaggerate but having skill in Japanese communication is a must, otherwise your chance to work in Japanese companies will be low. It also must be supported by your customized Japanese CV or rirekisho. All you have to do is prepare all the documents perfectly, include all your work history, your licenses, your skills, as it would show how competent you are. I received a lot of rirekisho but most of them are not good enough to showcase the candidates' potential🏆 . Seek for advices 💬 on the internet or reach out to the HR or Recruitment Agency, mostly there are free and happy to help.
