Here’s a few ‘take-the-path-of-least-resistance’ tasks to consider that can ACTUALLY move your health needle forward. Your time is valuable, and family time is a priority. Take a brisk walk 20-30 mins per day (that can be done all at once in the morning or spread over two bouts like a 15 mins lunchtime and evening walk). Swap one of these high energy breakfasts to your current regime (approx 30-40g protein) • two hard eggs + 3/4 cup greek/SKYR yogurt & berries • protein smoothie (milk/protein powder/chia seeds/frozen fruit) OR a pre-made one like premier protein (can buy at Costco) **A coffee and a bagel or breakfast sandwich is lacking sustained energy and nutrients hence why you feel the need to have another coffee or more food come 10am or 2pm. Better energy going out. Less crap coming in. Uncomplicate your routine.
