This weeks #giftofgratitude recipient is Andino Luis! When I think of Luis, I think of someone who is unequivocally grounded in his morals. Luis holds himself to the betterment of himself at the highest level with a direct focus on impacting others for the positive. Luis embodies a high level of #emotionalqoutient whenever seeking and delivering guidance. From our first meeting, Luis has been a pillar of consistency. When I think about individuals and the amount of care that they put into others, regardless of the team they may be on, Luis is there to assist. Always lacking a judgemental attitude, while having a relentless focus on #positiveleadership, I truly am blessed to get to work with Luis. Your presence is felt when I make decisions and lead the teams I have been able to impact. Thank you for being you and making so many people (including myself) that come in contact with you that much better. Although this wraps up the 4 weeks of randomly selecting an individual for a gift of gratitude and a quick call out and thank you, I do want to thank everyone that I have had the opportunity to learn from, from the bottom of my heart. The less stress, the more effectively you can address challenges individually. 𝗘𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀:  -> Start seeing challenges as 𝘰𝘱𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘶𝘯𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘦𝘴 to grow and improve.  -> Focus your mindset on solving problems, use the pressure of challenge to solve problems. Success will follow—if not immediately but gradually 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺:  -> 𝗔𝘀 𝗮 𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗗𝗘𝗥 𝘉𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘵𝘦𝘢𝘮 𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘻𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘵𝘰𝘰. A motivated team is key to achieving any goal. Immediately, I felt a sense of pride. I congratulated him, eager to hear more about it. Our conversation took me back a few months to when he reached out about some struggles in his new role. He didn’t call just to vent. He was asking for recommendations on sales books and resources to help him improve. He was actively looking for solutions. I recognize that, while celebrating achievements is rewarding, the real measure of success lies in overcoming the challenges that precede them. His accomplishment was a testament to the relentless effort he invested along the way.
