I've been going back and forth on whether I should add 3rd party content into my employee advocacy program's content mix. I know it will: ✅ help my team build themselves up as thought leaders 👂 Show they're listening to the industry 📢 show they're not just acting as megaphones for the brand The hardest part for me is identifying content that aligns with what the organization wants to speak on, and then crafting copy that I feel confident in having my team share out (for some reason, curated content is trickier for me to write on).
