Customer Service and Customer Journey skills are easily transferable. Subject Matter Expertise in Factoring isn't. I learned about reading title deeds, understanding the rights and the obligations of our home owners. I learned about sewage systems, housing corporations, social housing, roof repairs, insurances and maintenance works for lifts. My initial feedback: The area is very complex, lots of “grey zones” and loop holes and yet it could be very simple! Factoring is about... 𝘛𝘪𝘵𝘭𝘦 𝘋𝘦𝘦𝘥𝘴 (that’s what the contract says) 𝘏𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘰𝘸𝘯𝘦𝘳𝘴 𝘮𝘦𝘦𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘴(ensuring the home owners understand what they pay for) 𝘖𝘱𝘦𝘯 𝘣𝘰𝘰𝘬 𝘢𝘤𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨

So often we hear that people buy from people they know like and trust ( and allow them to pay late) How about people sell to people they know like and trust ( and pay on time).
