I'm really looking forward to the Procurement for Housing meet the buyer events this month. We are very proud to be a part of the Building Better DPS for Category 2 MMC homes which easily enables #housingassociations to appointment MMC providers. Getting out and about and helping contractors, developers and providers realise that there is a way to easily build homes to Future Homes Standard brings me joy! 😍 Our existing Social/Affordable Housing Provider customers are using Etopia as they want to ensure that the homes they build are energy efficient homes that will not require futureproofing or suffer from condensation, damp or mould. The Etopia system is a panelised SIP System that delivers the superstructure of a home with air-tightness and U-Values that exceed the current Part L requirements. The flexibility of the system enables construction to your existing designs, or we can easily work with you to maximise the unique properties of the panels. The width of our panels (The panel is 185mm and a completed wall is 262.5mm) is significantly less than traditional or timber frame solutions to meet the revised Part L of Building Regulations.
