Empowering individuals and business owners to make informed decisions for a stronger financial future

As Director of a St.James's Place Senior Partner Practice, I'm proud to see that SJP have been accepted into the Financial Reporting Council’s (FRC) Stewardship Code for the second year running. Responsible investment is something that means a lot to me personally; I believe that our informed investment choices are one of the most powerful tools we can ALL use, to co-create a better future - but there's another reason why I'm particularly proud to see SJP working so hard to remain part of the Code: By constantly striving to take the lead in positive, constructive business practice, I see that SJP are making a real and serious effort to attract, support and develop the very best diverse talent into our profession - and as I have said so often before, I believe that we ALL have a duty to help build and support diversity and inclusion in the financial services. Only when the adviser community truly reflects the full diversity of the society we serve, can we make a real difference to the growing problem of financial vulnerability in our world. What change would you most like to see, in your business sector? https://buff.ly/3PwsoKj
