Open to new opportunities in HR or Talent Aquisition's

As AW24 fashion weeks, are coming to a close, now is the time to reflect on the changes and the focuses within the industry. Our key takeaways from the notorious fashion events of the year has felt a substantial shift in trends and new focus on the revival of traditional brands.    LFW heralded the 40th year anniversary, and this was the right time to put London back on the fashion map with legacy brands Burberry and Vivienne Westwood headlining and Jonathan Andersons own line full of exciting creativity. Daniel Lee proving in his 3rd runway show to truly understand why Burberry reigned LFW for decades. PFW AW24 Seen a blend of heritage and innovation from the fashion powerhouses such as Chanel and Louis Vuitton where more anniversaries were being celebrated with the 10 year anniversary of Nicolas Ghersquire. Paris embraced how to evolve traditional craftsmanship within the age of digitization by brands showcasing how they fuse tech with design. MFW AW24 proved itself a leader in resilience and creativity with a modern forward-thinking vision. Gucci’s sustainability message under Sabato De Sarno took center stage, promoting recycled materials and fabrics whilst Prada and Versace were also setting the tone for innovation through technology and individuality but staying true to their roots. Milan certainly had sustainability at its core for styles that will withstand evolving trends.   In an ever changing landscape of luxury fashion, it’s imperative to stay up to date with brands, shows, and movement. If you are interviewing for new roles, you will most certainly be challenged on your knowledge of brands and creative direction.
