FRONT LEADERSHIP: We humans are constantly evolving, both consciously and unconsciously. This also applies to leaders. At Wilson, we have started on a journey focused on leadership development. The program started in May 2023 and is called “Strong Leader” with Stine Melfald from FRONT Leadership as coach. In the first round, 16 middle managers will complete this program, which will last for 12 months. Trude Torset, HR Manager at Wilson says: “I am incredibly proud and happy that we, as an organization, are putting this on the agenda”. Leadership development is about making the development of leadership skills conscious rather than unconscious.
