🌟International Women’s Day might be over, but the commitment to gender equality should not be bound to a specific day! I'm happy to share that after six months, I have completed the Target Gender Equality Accelerator Program by UN Global Compact Netzwerk Deutschland. Joining this program was a significant step towards understanding how we can foster true change to more gender equality in companies. Here are some key takeaways: 📊 Data is Crucial: Measurement is crucial in understanding the current status and persuading stakeholders. The WEP Gender Gap Tool has been key in this regard. 💡 Addressing Unconscious Bias: Launching unconscious bias training at Everphone has shown positive effects. Resources like Lean In's 50 Ways to Fight Bias provide extensive and helpful materials. 🤝 Building Allies: Allies, particularly within leadership teams, are vital for raising awareness and driving meaningful action.
