So, what does it take to be a successful recruiter? Here is my humble opinion on the skill sets needed: 😎 PERSONALITY definitely helps. I never got the memo about not talking to strangers. My mom was worried 'bout that, but it's been serving me well! 😎 TENACITY is a must. Try, try try again. Reach out. Connect. Network. Cold call. I'll never forget the first time I made a hire from a cold call. I was shocked. 😎 CREATIVITY. There are so many ways to source and fill positions. Ingenuity always required. ⚠ Disclaimer ⚠ These skills are not a MUST. I am a firm believer that lots can be learned on the job. Not hate please. #recruiting #mentalhealthspace #geriatrics #RhodiumCareGroup #therapist
I mean this as a courtesy and will gladly delete this comment, but you used “must” with tenacity then said the skills aren’t a “must”, which is contradictory. I’d change the second use to “required” or “mandatory”. Have a wonderful day, and good luck!
Yes Nicole Lawrence agree 💯
"There are so many ways to source and fill positions" agreed! It's not a one size fits all. Love this.
