Only 60%? I'd demand a recount. Having said that... it's easier to run a company in the UK than in the USA. Fewer regulations, pay tax once a year (apart from VAT), and (OK, just for the moment) healthcare.
The only party I am aware of that has committed to reversing the dreadful IR35 "Off Payroll" Regulations is Reform UK.
