Next step for CAR T cell therapy: in vivo CART from @ASGCT24 Interius Biotherapeutics will release preclinical study of INT2104 (CAR20) in humanized NSG-Tg (Hu-IL15) and Cyno. INT2104 utilizes a lentiviral vector platform that incorporates CD7-targeting to specifically transduce T cells and NK cells upon intravenous (i.v.) administration.
