Putting myself out there—whether it's through sharing my thoughts and expertise in LinkedIn posts, running a business in a male-dominated industry, or speaking out and advocating for change in that industry—is scary. But I’ve learned that it's in these moments of fear and uncertainty that the most growth happens.
