We are a high performance sports team. And we play to win. Humanz 🏀 I’ve heard it said that work is like your family. I couldn’t disagree more. I’ve learned that this year, and you might think “that’s harsh” but it couldn’t be truer. Your work team is there to perform. You don’t always have to be best friends. You have to respect one another’s game, and play together often and hard enough that your skills rub off on one another. Your teammates are there to celebrate wins with you, learn from losses, be continually coached, and set big hairy audacious goals together. If you don’t perform you get benched (facts) and if you score beyond expectations you win championships and take home trophies. We’ve been doing a lot of that lately and we plan on doing a whole lot more. But at the end of the day when the dust settles and you walk off the court, you run into the arms of your loved ones and relish the sweet serenity of rest with them. They’re your confidants and they have your back through every win and every loss. And that’s a magnificent thing when you get it right. A family who supports what you do, and how hard you play, and is screaming in the crowd for your next three pointer. This is a massive shoutout to my high performance sports team. The ones who work overtime when no one is watching. The ones who live and breathe their clients’ brands. The ones who remember our influencers’ birthdays and support each creators’ career goals. You’re the ones worth laying it all on the court for. And I can’t wait to do it all over again in Jan.
