We have a young man who has been referred to us looking for a part time Electrical Installation position. Absolutely keen as mustard. To the extent that he has created his own advert for an electrical wholesalers window. Brilliant drive and initiative. Can any of my contacts help? We always talk about Apprenticeship vacancies and shout about employers taking on but there is still a massive imbalance of potential apprentices and available roles. We also need to try and remove annual recruitment and September intakes and move to more roll on roll off. We need to be more flexible. If someone is ready for a job in November it's hard telling them the vacancies open again next year. It may also make it more manageable for employers. #apprenticeship #electricalinstallation #socialvalue #socialvaluerecruitment
