From John Hammergren to Brian Tyler I've witnessed incredible transformations at McKesson—from #Finance to #Technology, and a stock price surge from $180/share to $600/share. I've seen the Change Healthcare divestiture and been part of over 12 mergers and acquisitions. Through the COVID pandemic, I've witnessed how our frontline workers and my company have been a key supporter to humanity. My 10-year tenure with McKesson has been the most rewarding and exciting period in my 25-year career. Celebrating this milestone is a significant achievement. My passion and expertise in finance systems, coupled with McKesson's great culture, fantastic teams, and colleagues, have made this journey remarkable. Working with wonderful Finance, Technology, and Accounting business partners at our CMM and PSaS businesses, and being led by extraordinary leaders, has been inspiring. Everything and everyone inevitably reaches a conclusion. Once we acknowledge this truth and embrace it, we can navigate through life without being derailed by departures. In the upcoming year, I will be commemorating significant milestones, including my ten-year tenure at McKesson and embarking on new ventures, while also bidding farewell to certain aspects of my work here. My time with TM1/IBM and the journey that led me here at McKesson has been incredibly fulfilling so far. I have had the privilege of supporting the entire Financial Planning and Analysis process, acquiring knowledge that has shaped me into who I am today. This involved working with raw financial data, developing logical algorithms, and generating meaningful financial metrics across various areas such as the P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow. This tool has played a crucial role in shaping the company's financial future, and it has been instrumental in supporting two major business units during periods of divestitures, mergers and acquisitions, and reorganizations. For those unfamiliar with my professional role, this has been my primary responsibility at McKesson. As I bid farewell to the TM1 application, I eagerly embrace our SAP FPA products. Over the past two years, managing two significant system transformations has been a challenging yet rewarding journey that has kept me fully engaged. These transformations have pushed me to discover my true potential and have imparted valuable lessons that I am eager to apply in the near future. This marks not an end, but a new beginning. Advancing in one's career requires stepping outside of our comfort zones and embracing change. This is precisely what I am striving to do, and I encourage all of you to do the same. It becomes even more rewarding when you have a supportive team and the backing of your business customers. I would like to express my gratitude to my current team, leadership, and Finance Business teams here at McKesson for walking alongside me on the transformation projects together as well as to my family who are my backbone. We made it! Take a moment to pause and celebrate every small and big accomplishment. Write them down, keep a journal, or share them, so that as you journey further in life, you can look back and smile. I would like to express my gratitude for another amazing week at work. It brings me great joy to share that my daughter graduated from High school with Honors, and we are now preparing to support her as she embarks her next journey. Reflecting on the years gone by, it's truly remarkable to see how my daughter's tiny fingers, once tightly holding onto mine, have transformed into those of a mature individual who now drives independently and takes care of herself. This morning, I enjoyed a delightful breakfast prepared by her, a healthy gluten-free pancake, accompanied by delicious Indian tea made by my mother-in-law. I feel incredibly blessed to have my family and daughter by my side today. It's moments like these that remind me to cherish the beautiful memories of the past and not stress too much about the future. What truly matters is the present, what we are doing, who we are with, and where we find ourselves. As we approach the Memorial Day weekend, I would like to extend my best wishes to everyone. Let us take this time to remember and honor those who had a purpose in life that was much larger and more significant than most of ours.

PAVE is yet again Paving its way by leaving that long lasting positive impact on all as we celebrate AAPI Heritage month and reflect upon some of our great accomplishments at work, at home and in our communities. I am grateful to cross paths with each and every McKesson employee who has been instrumental in bringing best out of me and continue to mentor and guide me. As the saying goes, it's important to make the ending of a journey great, regardless of how it went. And that's exactly what I'm doing as I wrap up my week. I want to highlight the aspects that made my week at work truly special: our PAVE ERG (Employee Resource Group) experience and the events we organize. In celebration of AAPI Heritage Month, I had the opportunity to attend one of the fantastic events lined up for this month. Nimesh Jhaveri, our Chief Impact Officer along with Frank Geslani, one of our ERG Board members, engaged in a fireside chat where they shared their individual experiences and had deep and interesting conversations about their personal journeys. It was a thought-provoking and inspiring session. Originally, the event had a fun aspect planned, which was a spicy sauce tasting competition. However, due to a last-minute change of plans, we had to improvise and instead played a guessing game with baby pictures. I vividly remember playing this game during my time at AT&T in New Jersey, and I loved it. This time, I was one of the person being guessed, and Nimesh got it right. It was a testament to our ability to adapt to unexpected challenges and still deliver a great experience. That's just how we roll. Our ERGs are at their best when they are supported by DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) initiatives and our leaders. Together, we create an environment where we can make things happen, even in the face of last-minute obstacles. It's a testament to our commitment and dedication to fostering a thriving community within our organization.
