Iroko Zen has purchased the mixed-use property at 164 Bishopsgate in London from British Land for an undisclosed sum. This prime location, close to Liverpool Street station, represents Iroko Zen's second significant investment in London. The acquisition supports their strategy to grow their portfolio in key urban areas.

Led by partners Dr. Martin Haller and Dr. Manuel Indlekofer, we advised Catella Real Estate AG on the acquisition of a logistics portfolio for the “Catella Logistik Deutschland Plus” (CLD+) fund. The “Catella Logistik Deutschland Plus” (CLD+) fund invests in sustainable warehouse and logistics properties in Germany and neighboring countries. The logistics portfolio consists of three cross-dock logistics warehouses in Nuremberg, Mainz and Iserlohn in Germany. Constructed in 2016, the three buildings have a total rentable area of 15,163 m² as well as truck, van and car parking spaces. Montea expands significantly in France with the Reverso portfolio acquisition We’re excited to announce that we are significantly expanding our presence in France through the acquisition of a portfolio referred to as Reverso: 📍 17 new strategically located sites, increasing our French portfolio from 18 to 35 sites 🌍 A built area of ca. 80,000 m² set on a total land area of 650,000 m², offering significant potential for expansion and redevelopment The fully let sites are primarily leased to Jacky Perrenot with an average nine-year fixed term. With this acquisition, Groupe Jacky PERRENOT, one of the leading players in the French transport industry, will become our largest tenant, representing 5.7% of Montea’s portfolio. The net initial yield on the €150.7 million portfolio investment amounts to 5.6%. The Clifford Chance Real Estate team has advised Nuveen, a TIAA company on a €540 million joint venture with Global Student Accommodation for the acquisition of Gecina's YouFirst Campus PBSA portfolio in France. This significant transaction marks Nuveen and GSA's entry into the French PBSA market, enhancing their pan-European presence.
