After watching this morning's American Marketing Association presentation on Omnichannel Marketing by Courtney H. from Dell Technologies, here are some of my top takeaways! - I appreciate the distinction between omni & multi-channel marketing. I think this feels intuitive, but it's important to acknowledge. - It is so important to understand your customer journey - It's a complicated process to unpack, but a necessary one! - Define your voice for each channel, then stick to it! Something I want to think about more is translating the omni-channel idea into the biotech industry.
