Financial Advisor: Entrepreneurs, executives, & sales leaders rely on me to show them how to help keep their business open, their families protected, and their money working harder than them. | Father | Man of Faith
Success deserves celebration. Taking the time to celebrate achievements, big or small, not only acknowledges hard work but also motivates and inspires continued effort and dedication. This is especially true if you're a leader of a company or a team. Recognizing the success of hitting a corporate revenue goal: ➡ Shows your team you notice them ➡ Elevates the sales, marketing, and ops teams who made it happen ➡ Shows the employees that you're paying attention to the details of their actions, not just numbers. ➡ It reinforces the value of the journey and the effort invested. ➡ Creates an environment where achievement is valued. What are you celebrating this month? — I'm John Cole. I work with business owners, entrepreneurs, and top-sales professionals to make sure their money works way harder than they ever do. Stick around for the journey. 🔔 Follow me and ring the bell in my profile to see my posts ✅ Reach out to me

We’ve got… the experience. Later this year, we will celebrate our 25th anniversary alongside two of the original staff members—Angela Paul and Colin Pascoe—who are still enthusiastically and expertly engaged in every aspect of our operations. Both of these industry icons have experience that predates the launch of Monitor New Zealand, with both working together within the Answer Scan business and boasting over 30 years involvement in the New Zealand monitoring industry. Over that time these two have seen a massive amount of change, but one thing has remained unchanged—consistent customer service is key. Monitor New Zealand is the responsive and diligent business you see today due to the collective experience and knowledge of these two people. As Albert Einstein said: “Information is not knowledge. The only source of knowledge is experience, and you need experience to gain wisdom”.

Why has our world accepted C-level work We have normalized being late for meetings or having people not complete their work due to a variety of reasons. This generation of people can give B-level work and be superstars and seeing this is a scary reality.

Over the past few years at Cardinal Counsel , I've been deeply involved in our customer service experiences. Managing clients while handling most of the technical work can be quite daunting. I am not even going to downplay how hard this can be. However, one thing that has kept me going is my commitment to high standards. I make it a priority to keep my word and communicate promptly when circumstances change and make it impossible to deliver as promised. it’s hard. I know but we should all strive to hold ourselves to a higher standard. Why? Because only when you do so can you truly stand out and seize the opportunities that come your way. And I think it as simple as keeping to your word. Doing what you said you would do. 𝐈𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐝, 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐛𝐨𝐧𝐝, 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐮𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. If you hold yourself accountable for meeting deadlines and communicate effectively throughout the process, I promise you, everyone will be happier. This is your reminder and honestly my reminder to constantly hold ourrselves to a High Standard. Happy New week!

خميسيات Thursdayat “تجارب وخبرات تعلمناها خلال السنوات الماضية ننقلها هنا كل خميس “ "Experiences and lessons we learned over the past years, we share them here every Thursday." ******************************************* Visibility is the currency of success. This Thursday, we delve into an often overlooked aspect of professional life: marketing your efforts and achievements. It’s not just about working hard; it’s about making sure that hard work is seen, recognized, and celebrated. Why? Because when your work is visible, it doesn’t just elevate you—it elevates your entire team. It creates opportunities for learning, growth, and recognition for everyone involved. But here’s the twist: it’s not just about tooting your own horn. It’s about crafting stories that highlight collaborative success, shared challenges overcome, and the collective genius of your team. It’s about transforming individual achievements into team victories that propel everyone forward. So, how do you do it without coming off as self-serving? - Share the spotlight. - Celebrate wins, big and small. - Make your narratives inclusive. - Focus on the impact, not just the action. "Remember, it's not just about you. Promoting your efforts not only brings recognition to you, but also to your entire team."
