It’s incredible to see how far we’ve come at CM.com. Back in the day, many questioned our belief that mobile phones could become the remote control for life — handling everything from communication to payments. Few saw the potential, especially for businesses to connect with their customers this way. But today, it’s clear that vision was spot on. As Jeroen explains, “What we do today isn’t really different from what we did in 1999 with those first messages for clubs. It’s just been refined, expanded, and enhanced over time, but the goal has remained the same: improving the customer journey.” We’ve added more channels, payments, and AI to our solutions, all to create seamless experiences for businesses and their customers. #CM25 #ConversationalCommerce #Innovation
