I write this post as I embark on a trip to some of our Cundall offices around the world. I'm excited to meet new members of our global team, catch up with longer-standing colleagues, visit some of our newer offices, and get out to see some of the projects being delivered by teams around our global Practice. In preparing for this trip, I've been reflecting on the strength of our culture, and the ties that bind us together as a global team. As we continue to grow, one might think that it would become harder to preserve and protect our culture, and maintain our identity as a single, joined-up Practice. Of course, we do need to work harder at it in some ways, and be more intentional in the work that we do in this space. I am privileged in my role to see many, many examples of people working hard to stay connected with each other, and of all the different ways in which people continue to embody our shared values of collaboration and integrity. So, to everyone who has reached out to me to offer help with practical arrangements, advice on things to see in any downtime, invitations to join them for social events, and offers of introductions to like-minded people, THANK YOU!
