On my program you need to read the labels for condiments & fats. Greens are veggies. Leans are protein. No labels there. The ONLY other two things you need to know is how to determine whether it’s a “condiment” or “healthy fat.” Condiment is 30 or less calories. 1 or less TOTAL carbs. Healthy fat is 45-60 calories. 4-6g of total fat. 5 or less total carbs. This video was showing a client how to determine whether a salad dressing is a healthy fat or a condiment. 🫶 #healthyhabits #foodisfuel #macronutrients
