Recently, I met with colleagues from two of our young advisory groups. They are recruited from Equinor’s graduate group and spend some of their time working on corporate strategy. The conversations I had with my younger colleagues reinforced my belief that we need more of these types of interactions – at all levels in the organisation. I believe that by fostering a culture of inclusivity, openness, and collaboration, we can leverage diversity of thought and ensure that our day-to-day decision making is better equipped to navigate the complex and rapidly evolving challenges of the world we face today. This requires a willingness for all of us to listen, learn, and adapt, as well as a commitment to building meaningful relationships that foster understanding, empathy, and mutual respect across our company. As we strive to address the major challenges facing our industry today, including energy security, affordability, and sustainability, I am convinced that conversations and interactions with different groups are an important contribution to unlocking the full potential of our collective knowledge, perspectives, and creativity – together.

Department Manager at H&M | Former Pantaloons, ABFRL Professional | PGDM from Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow
🌟 Embracing Operational Energy at H&M 🌟 I've been with H&M for a couple of weeks now, and I'm thrilled to share my observations about our work culture. Having studied the concept of operational energy during my #MBA, I can confidently say that H&M exemplifies it in a truly exceptional manner. #Operational_Energy , as I've learned, is about maintaining high productivity and efficiency through streamlined operations and a positive work environment. At H&M, this principle is not just a theory; it's a daily practice that I see in action. From the moment I joined, I've been impressed by how seamlessly the operational energy flows through our teams. It's evident in the way tasks are organized, in the support we receive from our colleagues, and in the overall atmosphere that encourages growth and collaboration. I believe this operational energy is the backbone of our success here at H&M. It's what keeps us motivated, focused, and driven towards achieving our goals. I'm grateful to be part of a company that values these principles and actively promotes a culture of operational excellence. To my fellow H&M colleagues, thank you for embodying this spirit every day. Let's continue to harness our operational energy to create more successes and celebrate our achievements together! #HM #OperationalEnergy #Teamwork #Productivity #Efficiency #WorkCulture #Gratitude
