Template for you…
1) Ask the interview back.
“I would like to ask what salary the company can offer if I pass the assessment at the interview?“
2) Then ask the following questions
“What is the salary structure of your company?”
“With the salary of RM4k, how much is the basic & how much is the allowance?”
“How much is the percentage of EPF given?”
“Is there any meals/telephone/transport allowance?”
“Is there any year-end bonus? Every staff member have it or does it depend on the performance evaluation? “
“Are there discounts on salary and benefits during the probationary period?”
Evaluate through HR's answers to see if the offer can meet your expectations and determine if you will accept the offer or not!
- If yes, gladly accept this offer.
- If no, you may reply as below:
“Hello, I am very satisfied with your company position, also very want to join your company, and I think my ability is very in line with your position needs, but then after consideration, I hope my salary can be increased by 1k, at present I also have 3 offers in hand, but I still prefer to stay in your company work, I hope you can help me to fight again!“
