They frequently withhold deposits for extended periods—sometimes up to five more months—without any intention of returning them, regardless of complaints. Their accounts department is unresponsive to calls and messages, leaving you in the dark about the status of your deposit. This unethical practice allows them to run their business on the money from their customers' deposits. I have been personally affected by this and have filed a complaint with the DED, although I am still awaiting a resolution. Another airline in trouble! hashtag #Indigo is facing severe criticism due to mounting customer complaints, numerous flight delays, and alleged customer cheating practices. A recent experience flying with them highlighted multiple issues: - Difficulty in selecting seats and vegetarian meals while booking tickets online. - Wasted 2 hours at Cochin airport due to incomplete paperwork and being asked to go through immigration, customs, and check-in procedures again. - Inconsistent service onboard, with discrepancies in food provision based on the ticket type, leading to additional charges for snacks. We can select snacks only on the Bahrain Coachin sector and the Cochin Male sector air hostess served us based on ticket, Male Mumbai sector we could select meals but in the Mumbai Bahrain sector we were asked to pay. - Rude behaviour from an Airhostess Supervisor on a Mumbai Bahrain flight segment. Instances like these raise concerns about transparency and customer service. The passenger is taking action by reporting the incidents to AirSeva and considering legal options for filing a Consumer forum case. The passenger expects a standard response from hashtag #Indigo regarding these issues. Sometimes as an Exec Assistant, when your executive (or yourself) is travelling long distances to unfamiliar destinations, with short stopovers and tight turnaround times the stress of getting to the right venue on time can add unnecessary pressure to an upcoming event. The traveller can be left rehearsing their speech or reading a briefing while simultaneously worrying about whether or not a taxi will arrive on time, or they’re trying to navigate an unfamiliar city in an unfamiliar hire car. It can be especially challenging when there’s multiple shorter trips (airport to hotel, hotel to event, event to dinner, dinner back to hotel etc) and of course each taxi trip has a separate transaction to be paid, reciept collected, and credit card reconciliation etc which all take time. In these situations it’s worth remembering that most cities have chauffeur/limousine/car-and-driver services available, (often for the same or less than the multiple taxis end up costing), leaving your exec to relax and focus on being ready for their part in the upcoming event. As a bonus you can usually pre-pay the fixed-price trip, not to mention it’s a single transaction when it’s time to do the acquittal! Because this is pretty much the last chance you get to gather all your belongings together before you move overseas, it’s wise to have a packing trial run. Have this trial run 𝑏𝑒𝑓𝑜𝑟𝑒 your air freight goes. Pack the things you’ll need right away – but can live without if your luggage gets lost. Spread each person’s items over all the suitcases, so if one goes missing, they will still have something to wear. Check your baggage allowances with the airline. For every leg of your journey… if you’re on more than one flight to your destination, you do not want to pay excess baggage fees halfway there. Take note of the climate and culture at your destination when you pack your suitcases. Put some extra items of clothing and shoes in to your air freight. Do not put anything precious, breakable or valuable in your luggage; that should be carried with you at all times in your hand luggage. Can you now see why you’re unlikely to get much clothing into your cases? Try to get some coins for airport trolleys. This isn’t particularly easy to do, but some airports need coins to release each trolley. It is not fun trying to move eight suitcases through an airport without a trolley. Flights typically carry basic necessities for passengers, who come from diverse backgrounds and have various needs. Requests for specific items like ice-cold water with ice cubes, different types of tea or coffee, and newspapers are common. What matters most is how the cabin crew handles these requests and convinces passengers to accept alternative solutions. In this scenario, an elderly passenger, very thirsty and wanting cold water with ice cubes, becomes agitated when it’s unavailable on the low-cost carrier and threatens to leave, which isn’t possible after the doors are closed. The cabin crew’s role is crucial in these situations, and handling such passengers can be challenging. As we start traveling to our sales meeting in the next several weeks, let's review some luggage etiquette. While many find it annoying to see that their locker is full when they get to their plane seat, overhead bin space above your seat is on a "first come, first serve" basis. People really don't understand, or they think that they automatically get that spot, since there aren't official rules that dictate who gets to use which bins, and thus leaving it open to interpretation & argument. So while it may be annoying, particularly when someone has room above their own seat and still, for reasons unclear, has opted for yours, or when you're invariably forced to check your carry-on because there's no more space on the aircraft, you aren't entitled to anything. Further, it is never, ever okay to move someone else's bag. Remember, rearranging bags and finding enough space for everyone's luggage was the flight attendant's job. Therefore, the cabin crew has the final say on luggage placement for safety & convenience.

Pressure and Stress Management: Penalty kicks put enormous pressure on goalkeepers, who are often the last line of defense for their team. Managing this stress is crucial.
