Dear Master in Science community, If you are going to join any Funded project as a JRF, SRF, PA, PS etc., commit only for one year and continue further if funds get available timely. Otherwise join related companies atleast you will get skilled day by day. In my view joining Project is a kind of life threatening trap, no doubt fellowship has been increased but there is lot of if and but to get funds available after first installment. I have seen one my friend joined as a JRF, unfortunately, further installments did not released by funding agency. Ultimately you will get nothing neither medical insurance not timely fellowship. Now ball is in your hand. Decide you future wisely.

1st Gen. Doctor🩺 GMC🇬🇧registered🏅I EPIC verified ✅ Actively looking for NHS jobs at SHO/FY2 level Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery- MBBS
PLAB/UKMLA PART-2: An Experience I am happy to share that I have Passed PLAB-2 Examination from GENERAL MEDICAL COUNCIL!🎉 PLAB-2 is more than just an exam, one room to another room felt like a simulation of actual consultation and what a junior doctor will be doing in the actual clinical practice. The Journey on the day of the exam begins with a very warm welcome from the GMC staff and then they guide you towards ID checks and other formalities. Everyone talks so nicely and understands that it’s a big and important day in your life. They make you feel comfortable and giev you enough time to calm your nerves and relax. Then they brief you about the exam and say some nice & helpful things to help you relieve the anxiety. By the time you finally enter the exam, the GMC staff will have already done enough to calm you down so that you can take the exam in your best comfortable state….😌 Once you enter the stations, everbody inside is expert in what they are doing and you can notice the perfection of GMC in arranging a medical OSCE exam. After the exam it feels like it was a fun event overall, where you got a chance to showcase your skills like some Mystery-room….😎 All in all it feels nice after taking this exam and superb after Passing it…🤩 A tip based on personal experience: I gave my exam after clinical attachment which helped me realise that none of the stations are based on a script rather all of this is NHS reality, The patient care, The social history, all the dessa-matosa. Every aspect of history taking which is being mentoredby various academied is a reality in The NHS hospitals. NHS is treating the patient and not just the disease. My clinical attachment helped me realise all this which I believe in turn led to the confidence I had inside the cubicles. I GIVE CREDIT TO THE ALMIGHTY, MY FAMILY, DEAR FRIENDS, DR. LOVAAN AND DR. MO FOR MY RESULT. Thank you for helping, supporting and guiding me through this journey…😊🙏 #ProffessionalGrowth #PlanningAhead #CareerDevelopment #PLABpart2 #UKMLA #MedicalProffessionalism #PLAB #UKMLAPLAB2 #PassPLAB2 #roadtouk

Taking the next important steps in developing the training program for rescEU EMT! 💪
Joint, realistic training for international deployments plays an essential role in the development of 21 new medical rescEU EMT capacities. To prepare a train-the-trainer concept, experts from the rescEU EMT consortium partners meet this week in Cascais, Portugal, at the invitation of INEM to take part in the DIRECT training for new PT EMT staff. Based on the extremely positive experience, the train-the-trainer courses are now being planned for all rescEU EMT capacities. #rescEU #EMT #EUCivPro #INEM #training #PTEMT

🚀 My Journey as a GP Registrar 🚀 In 2023, I embarked on my career as a GP registrar with an FSP fellowship under RACGP. To all aspiring GPs, I want to share that making this decision was challenging, given the many fellowship programs available. Here’s a glimpse into the journey: 1️⃣ Choosing the Program: The first crucial step is selecting the fellowship program that aligns with your career goals. Take your time to research and find the best fit for you. 2️⃣ Choosing a Practice: The next step is finding the right practice to gain hands-on experience and grow your skills. A supportive environment and diverse learning opportunities are key. 3️⃣ Learning to be a GP: This is the most challenging step. Navigating the MBS billing system, understanding GPMP and TCA, and learning about health assessments and preventive health management can be overwhelming. Most importantly, building long-term relationships with patients and becoming a part of their healthcare journey is incredibly rewarding. If you are on this path and feel overwhelmed, I’m happy to share my knowledge and experiences to help you navigate this journey of life. #GPJourney #MedicalCareer #RACGP #Fellowship #MedicalTraining #AspiringGPs #Healthcare
