𝐈𝐬 𝐅𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐫 𝐅𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡 𝐉𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐚 𝐓𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲? Let's think about something interesting. Ever noticed how some celebrations get all the attention while others don't get much love in a particular month or quarter? Take a peek at your social media, and you'll see posts saying, 'This festival let's do this' or 'Let's celebrate this festival for these days!' It's like we're only talking about one story and leaving out the rest. But wait, isn't it a bit odd that we're focusing on one festival's story and kind of forgetting about the others? It's like reading a book but only paying attention to one chapter. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭'𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐢𝐠 𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐚 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞? That only one festival gets to be the main character, while the others are just background noise? Slowly but surely, we're letting this favorite festival take center stage, while the others get pushed aside. Remember, it's us who decide which stories to tell, not the festivals themselves. So, as we enjoy the festivities, let's ask ourselves: Are we celebrating all the different stories, or are we just sticking to one? Let's keep our storytelling diverse and inclusive. Every festival has its own special tale to tell! #Iykyk #JustAThought

Togather is partnering with GALA Festival again this year 🥳 If you know, you know. If you don’t 👉🏻 GALA has become one of the UK’s most popular day festivals and takes place in Peckham Rye Park in May. The Togather team went along together last year and had an absolute blast (don’t ask me if knew who any of the DJs were). Company socialising can often be limited to Christmas parties, in-office events or pub visits and while these are all great, these day festivals can be a great alternative. Why? 👇🏻 ☑ Quality time together: Time spent socially can often feel cut short. Spending a good ten hours together with no expectations is a completely different ballpark and you come out of it knoing so many people in the team much better. ☑ Truly switching off: Naturally, people can be a little tentative when socialising with workmates, but after we’d been at GALA for a few hours it was as if any element of guards being up dropped and people switching off ☑ Making company memories: A big part of company culture is built off those memories of the really amazing times you’ve had together, and I know that almost a year on our team are still reminiscing about this event! ☑ Building new bridges: While we always try and be mindful of cliques, getting the whole team together was a great opportunity for people to get to know others they didn’t necessarily speak to daily and form new connections. So my advice, try and get a big event like this in your company's social calendar each year! 🎉

Festival Streets ++ [improving communities] Festival streets are temporary or permanent closures of certain streets or sections of streets to vehicular traffic, repurposing these areas for community gatherings, events, and festive activities. This approach is often integrated into urban design to enhance the vibrancy of public spaces and foster social interaction. Festival streets can accommodate a variety of events, such as fairs, festivals, outdoor dining, concerts, and art exhibitions, adapting to the needs of the community. -- Local businesses can benefit from increased foot traffic during events on festival streets, leading to higher sales and visibility.

🙅♀️ The Eldorado Festival being cancelled shouldn’t just be another festival cancellation because of the cost of living crisis. I had to record a video about it - because for decades, festivals have been a haven for community, belonging, inclusion and diversity, created for people to come together, have fun, celebrate and be part of something. We have all seen the struggle that many festivals and events have been challenged with since the pandemic due to a multitude of reasons, including the cost of living but also a lack of governmental support for independent businesses to thrive. It raises important questions about why we need to support community-driven events that generate cultural diversity more than ever, because frankly it’s so annoying and frustrating to see festivals being cancelled time and time again. They shouldn’t be forced to close their doors. So what can we do? 👉Come together and advocate for dedicated government support and aid. 👉Advocate for flexible insurance options. What else would you suggest? Because it worries me that we are going to lose these important cultural events and festivals… Does it worry you? ID: Promoting a post from Eldorado Festival announcing the cancellation of their event, with a photo of Gabby, a brown woman with long brown hair, red lipstick, and a yellow shirt talking at the camera about "Eldorado Festival Cancelled". #SaveFestivals #CulturalDiversity #CommunityEvents #SupportIndieBusinesses #FestivalLife

Behind Every Great Festival Is a Year of Planning—Here’s Why Timing Is Everything Planning a festival isn’t a task for the faint-hearted. It’s a meticulous, well-oiled machine that requires a minimum of 9 months to a year of preparation to truly hit the mark. From the very first brainstorming session to the final touches, every detail counts. Imagine coordinating with artists, securing venues, managing ticket sales, and creating an atmosphere that will leave attendees talking for months—none of this happens overnight. It’s a process that requires dedication, precision, and a deep understanding of what makes a festival truly epic. The secret to a flawless festival experience lies in the months of behind-the-scenes work that you’ll never see. But trust us, every minute of planning is worth it when you see the joy on festival-goers’ faces. This is why timing is everything. A well-planned festival isn’t just an event; it’s a carefully crafted experience that’s designed to create lasting memories. So, if you’re thinking of throwing your own event, remember: start now, because good things take time. #FestivalPlanning #EventProfs #BehindTheScenes #FestivalPass #EpicEvents

What Festivals Mean to Me? Festivals are more than just celebrations; they are a rich tapestry of culture, traditions, and shared experiences. They strengthen bonds, create mutual understanding, and bring a deep sense of joy that resonates in our hearts. These special days are eagerly awaited, as they offer a chance for everyone to come together and celebrate, even when we're far from home. Especially for those of us living overseas, finding a community that preserves and nurtures our cultural roots is invaluable. It reminds us that no matter where we are, our traditions remain an essential part of our identity. For me, festivals are about: 1)Building relationships 2)Preservation of culture 3)Revitalizing connections 4)Creating lasting memories 5)Celebrating shared values Festivals are a reminder of the importance of community, continuity, and the joy of shared experiences. #festival #culture #buildingrelationships #networking #community

🎉🎉HAPPY MID-AUTUMN FESTIVAL🎉🎉 Mid-Autumn Festival, also known as Moon Festival, Moon Cake Festival, Reunion Festival, etc., is a traditional Chinese festival. 🥮There are two beautiful legends about the origin of Mid-Autumn Festival: 1. "Chang'e Flying to the Moon" tells the story of a beautiful fairy named Chang'e, who fell in love with a mortal youth and became his wife. But she was forced to ascend to the Moon Palace in the sky and separated from her husband because of eating a magical medicine by mistake. In order to remember her husband, she spent her lonely days in the Moon Palace. 2. "Wu Gang Cutting the Osmanthus" tells the story of Wu Gang being punished to go to the Moon Palace to cut the osmanthus tree because of his pursuit of the way of immortals, and reunited with his wife who left the world under the moonlight. Mid-Autumn Festival has therefore become a symbol of family affection and love, and people cherish the time spent with their loved ones on this day. In short, Mid-Autumn Festival has a long history and profound cultural connotations, and is an indispensable part of Chinese traditional culture. 🥮The traditional customs of Mid-Autumn Festival are rich and colorful: 1. Eating moon cakes: Eating moon cakes during Mid-Autumn Festival is one of the most widespread customs. Mooncakes have many flavors and fillings, such as lotus paste, red bean paste, and five-nut, and different regions and nationalities have different flavors of mooncakes. 2. Moon-watching: Moon-watching during the Mid-Autumn Festival is also a very important traditional custom. People will gather with relatives and friends on this night to appreciate the bright moon and feel the beauty of reunion. 3. Lantern-watching: Another important custom during the Mid-Autumn Festival is lantern-watching. People will make or buy various lanterns to decorate their homes, and will also organize lantern parades and competitions. 4. Sending love across thousands of miles: Another romantic custom during the Mid-Autumn Festival is to send love across thousands of miles. Couples will give each other gifts, such as mooncakes, lanterns, roses, etc., to express their thoughts and blessings for each other. In short, these customs, with their unique form and connotation, have become an important way for people to gather together and celebrate reunion during this festival. #pelletmill #biomasspellet #woodpelletmachine #agriwastepelletmachine #mustardpelletmachine #peanuthuskpelletmachine #ricehuskpelletmachine #ricestrawpelletmachine #woodchipper #woodcrusher #hammermill SHANDONG MARY MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT CO.,LTD Iris (sales manager) WhatsApp,Wechat: +86 186 5456 4035 Email: sale1@marymachine.com Website: www.woodpelletmachines.net Factory Add: Xiuhui industry zone,Zhangqiu,Jinan,Shandong,China 24 hours WhatsApp,Wechat quick online service!!!
