Despite years under your government's control, we still face 6-10 hours of power outages almost every alternate day. This is a significant issue that can be verified easily. When we try to report these problems, the helpline numbers provided, such as 1800 180 3002 for Paschimanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited and #1912, do not work. Moreover, the local contact number in Kaushambi, 9717571605, goes unanswered. The support staff we encounter on the road simply state they cannot help. This apathetic attitude is unacceptable, especially under your leadership and with your clear directives for better governance.
