We all are unique in our individual ways. There is no personality test needed for that conclusion. Handling each person with care and attention is one of the challenges we often forget to take into account. What may sound like an extrovert as the most normal thing to say, may have a less-than-preferable impact on an introvert. This is as much true as the sun rises in the east and sets in the west. It is the same with diet plans and personal fitness programmes. Sometimes, it is trial and error, but it is a learning process. Adjusting this, looking out for that. The variables are endless, and adjustments are needed. It is one of the many examples I have of why tailoring one’s health journey is essential. It is not a one-size-fits-all approach, and it will never be. You are you, so you do you. Do you want to maximise your physical health and wellness? Story Time 📚 Approx. 4-5 years ago, I was probably THE most inflexible person known to man. Back aching, sweat dropping and pain increasing as I performed a hamstring stretch. It was until I started doing olympic weightlifting and focusing on improving my mobility that I now able to perform highly technical lifts. It's either I improve my mobility or the weight crashes on my head... I had no other choice How did this help me in my daily life working on my business: 3 Ways 1. I am able to sustain back to back patients showing exercises without feeling any discomfort 2. I am able to minimise the stress placed on my body the days I am very very busy 3. While we can't always avoid health issues, we can take steps to maintain a healthy mind and body, helping us stay focused and energized for the daily grind. Here are my go-to habits to stay sharp and fit: • 5-10 minute run or walk. • Meditation session to centre the mind. • 45-60 minute workout session.
