6 ways to supercharge your influencers to have the great cultural impact. Remember that culture is caught more than taught, because we primarily learn through imitation. If you have someone that embodies the culture your want. If you can say, “If you want to know our culture, look at her”, then you need to promote their influence within your team or organization. Here are some ways to supercharge their influence: Creating shoulder to shoulder time with key team members that need that cultural bump. Create space in their schedule to encourage other team members. Give them a place of influence in team meetings. Have them lead a training workshop on a certain aspect of your culture. Create mentorship relationships where they can multiply culture into another individual. Publicly honor them when they do something that embodies your culture.
