DEKRA in Denmark apparently hit by a ransomware attack 3 weeks ago. This is bad and ultimately a result of a failed IT policy. However this post is not to shame but to praise the openness about the problem. Most organisations could end up in this situation and raising the awareness of cyber security helps us all. Remember that the EU NIS2 directive and its national implementations are aimed at increasing the resilience of organisations against such attacks. It is important even if procedures can seem tedious or your organisation is not directly in scope of NIS2. Also, there are a number of EU product legislations which now have cyber security requirements: General Product Safety Regulation (in force) Radio Equipment Directive Delegated Act (in force from Aug 2025) Machinery Regulation (in force in 2027) Cyber Resilience Act (in force in 2027) They all help increasing the resilience of society against cyber crimes.

Feedback — both positive and negative — is essential to helping managers enhance their best qualities and address their worst so they can excel at leading. Strengths-based development can, unfortunately, lull people into believing there are no areas in which they need to improve. So instead of encouraging people to avoid negative feedback, we should focus on how to deliver it in ways that minimize the fight-or-flight response. One approach is called Situation-Behavior-Impact (SBI). Feedback providers first note the time and place in which a behavior occurred. Then they describe the behavior — what they saw and heard. The final step is to describe the impact the behavior had in terms of the feedback providers’ thoughts, feelings or actions.

🌟 **Kudos to the Apna Team for Their Proactive Approach!** 🌟 A little while ago, I encountered a significant issue with my account at Apna, which prompted me to share my concerns publicly. It was a challenging experience that required a considerable amount of my time and effort to address. However, now that the issue has been resolved, I believe it is important to also acknowledge and appreciate the positive actions taken by the Apna team. Special thanks to @nirmitparikh **Nirmit Parikh**, the founder, who personally took the time to listen and escalate the matter to ensure it received the attention it deserved. His involvement demonstrated a genuine commitment to resolving the issue and making things right. I would also like to thank **Praveen Kumar**, who reached out and took proactive steps to address my concerns swiftly and with professionalism. Their efforts were pivotal in turning around a frustrating situation. While there were some initial setbacks and miscommunications, leading to a significant investment of my working hours, the responsiveness shown by Apna's leadership and team reflects a dedication to customer satisfaction. This experience has highlighted the need for continuous improvements in the support system, but it is reassuring to see that Apna is open to feedback and committed to enhancing its customer service. I made a public comment because I was facing a serious issue, and now I am making this public post to express my appreciation for the way it was resolved. Challenges are inevitable in any business, but Apna’s approach to handling them shows a willingness to learn and grow. I have never worked for the mentioned company, and it is erroneous to reflect a single working day in my career. Furthermore, this incorrect information is also displayed on the EPFO website.I request that Protium business Services Private Limited issue a No Objection Certificate (NOC) or Relieving Letter, confirming that I have never been employed by the company. Despite my repeated emails and visits to the office, HR, and management, the company has failed to provide me with the necessary documents.This negligence has caused me significant distress, inconvenience, and potential damage to my professional reputation. I urge Protium Business Services Private Limited to take immediate action to correct this error and provide me with the necessary documents.I request that the company takes responsibility for their mistake and provides the necessary documents at the earliest.
