Fatherhood has tremendously shaped my approach to leadership, especially in my role as Sales Manager at DOCOMO PACIFIC. Having two young kids has taught me that compassion isn’t just a soft skill; it's the cornerstone of effective leadership. In sales, it’s easy to get caught up in targets and numbers, but through fatherhood I’ve learned that there is so much importance in being able to see beyond that. It has taught me to lead with kindness and listen to the needs of each team member with empathy. Being a father has made me more patient, more understanding, and more supportive of my team through both their professional and personal challenges. As a result, it has allowed us to build trust and promote empowerment in our workplace. This has helped us to overcome many obstacles together and strengthen our synergy, helping us to meet our targets. So, to my fellow leaders and parents, I urge you to embrace the lessons of parenthood in each of your individual journeys. Use these lessons to help you lead with empathy and kindness. And remind yourself that the heart of leadership lies not in power, but in compassion. This Father’s Day, lead with your heart, and watch your team flourish. #CompassionateLeadership #FatherhoodAndLeadership #SalesManagerLife #LeadWithHeart

Personal and professional growth isn't a destination, but rather a journey. It's a daily commitment to becoming the best version of ourselves. Saying yes to the hard and surrounding ourselves with people who will challenge us, encourage us, believe in us, teach us, inspire us and desire our best, never letting us settle. Growth is really about legacy and impact and being our best for those we serve, personal and professional. I can't wait to be in the room, this Friday, for one of my favorite days, Live2Lead (L2L). Learning from my mentor John Maxwell and other great leaders, and doing so with my tribe and other growth minded leaders. If you are interested in joining me, there is still room! Gratitude is one of the most underrated catalysts for success. Throughout my career, both in the boardroom or in quiet moments of reflection, I've discovered the profound impact of gratitude. Recognizing the hard work, dedication, and sacrifices of those around us can transform an entire organization. A simple 'thank you' can light up a person's day and their own career journey in ways unimaginable. Gratitude ought to be a cornerstone of our leadership style, and we all play a part in making that the norm. What is your 'lasting act of gratitude' — one small act that was done for you that changed the trajectory of your day, week, or even longer? #GratitudeInLeadership #CorporateCulture #LeadershipAdvice

Reflecting on 2023, it emerges as my most transformative year marked by self-development, diverse leadership roles, exploration, skill enhancement, and valuable lessons. Amidst numerous highs, the year presented significant challenges, notably the loss of my original LinkedIn Page, a repository of two years of personal and professional milestones. As I embark on the new year, I'm grateful for the fresh start, eager to forge new connections, and anticipating the accomplishments that await. #happynewyear , #happynewmonth , #happynewweek, #firstpost

Two-way mentorship = friendship. It was great to catch up with my good friend Sherif. It's never enough time to get together, so we have more for next time. It was so good to see him looking healthy and energized as he is on a break for a career reset. The value of these breaks is often overlooked, but they are priceless. Life can be complicated, but this isn't. Surround yourself with good people, and good stuff happens. #OwnYourJourney #leadership #people
