I managed to start my own business few months ago. It is not of huge capital but It helps to learn on Customers satisfaction and demand while making profit. I have some lessons since my start I want to share with you. 1. Avoid too much promise to one customers on a service or product which is not available rather be Transparent and let him know how he can get it from others or Partner companies than to lie them. 2. Start a positive relation to customers, this will help to redeem them after you get back their demanded product or service to your business. 3. Do not be harsh to Customers when they are telling you about other competitive companies or business relate to yours. They might know some competitors stregth and weekness. Note those and find ways to expand over competitors. 4. Plan a schedule-design of product appearance. Do not take too many years keeping the same product of the same appearance. Try to change it. This will make customer to see as a new product/service ⚖️Either add some product qualities or deal on product appearance. >This applies also to service providers either to check on the the qualities of services and their Office environment. "Think that someone is not willing to travel using X-company and choose Y-company". 5. Measure Product-Price research and relation or service-price research and relation. How?. "RIGHT PRODUCT, RIGHT QUALITY,RIGHT PRICE"
