Noise Control Engineering, LLC’s Post

Noise Control Engineering has kicked off work on the acoustic design of the US Navy’s TAGOS-25 class ocean surveillance ships for our long-time client, Austal USA. Our team will provide noise and vibration design, construction, and testing support for the project alongside electronic and propulsion systems integrator L3Harris Technologies, TAI Engineering, and Thoma-Sea Marine Constructors LLC. Up to seven ships are planned for the TAGOS-25 class, each of which will be equipped with acoustical data-gathering capabilities for anti-submarine acoustic surveillance. #TAGOS #USNavy #acousticalengineering #acousticdesign

Great team to take on such a task! We have had the honor to supply both Noise Control Engineering, LLC and US Navy with shaft torque and power measurment solutions for decades and couldn’t think of a better team to support our armed services!
