It takes a village to build a village! We had a blast at our second village groundbreaking on the beautiful island of Roatán (direct flights from Miami, Houston, Denver and more). Once complete, our members will be able to move here from the NOMAD Development, Inc. Raleigh village (and back) at any time, on the same lease. As we add more locations, the option to move to and from various furnished locations with consistent lodging & amenities will remain! HUGE thanks to many of our community members, investors and our team for making the trip (though as you can see, wasn't too rough 😉) Also want to extend my thanks to Próspera and Erick A. Brimen for hosting us, partnering with us, and taking the time to talk with our members about unleashing human potential through private investment and innovation.
