We’re back from CIGRE Paris Session 2024 and want to thank everyone who visited us and spoke with our team. Our latest Nomex® insulation solutions took the spotlight at our booth, including our recent collaboration with Röchling Group.
After three years of intense work, we co-created the first press ring made of large sheets of DuPont™ Nomex® 994 PSB. It provides unparalleled levels of compression and temperature resistance to meet the strictest resiliency requirements for power transformers.
Our team also took the stage to discuss techniques for improving transformer resilience and evaluating the performance of advanced insulation systems.
If you couldn’t make it, you can catch up on the latest Nomex® solutions for electrical infrastructure here: http://spr.ly/6049mYNmv#Tradeshow#CIGRE2024#Innovation#EnergySolutions
With new energy sources it is important to be one step ahead of the danger.
By deploying the latest technology and security measures you can keep the risk at a minimum and ensure that personal, environment and assets are kept safe.
Innovating Tomorrow, Today.
You may have heard about the recent success at the Port of Gothenburg, where safety has been significantly improved with the installation of hydrogen flame detectors.
Consilium Safety Group delivered the SafetyTech solution, which included our detectors for this important project.

Clearing the Air: The Power of Our Fuel Homogenizers
We often encounter misunderstandings about our water fuel emulsion systems and the sources of their savings. At IPCO Power, our water fuel emulsion system is founded on our proprietary fuel homogenizer, a critical component of our product lineup.
Our rotor-stator homogenizers are versatile across various fuels, featuring a high-speed inner rotor and a fixed outer stator within a homogenization chamber. This setup subjects fuel to intense mechanical forces and cavitation, resulting in a uniform fuel mixture. The outcome? Significantly enhanced combustion efficiency for both marine and land-based power systems.
While our water fuel emulsion systems offer substantial benefits, it's important to highlight that in many applications, opting for the homogenizer alone can provide significant savings and emissions reductions. The homogenizer is responsible for the majority of the improvements in our systems, making it a simpler yet highly effective solution for various uses.
Of course, adding water to the fuel provides additional savings and emissions reduction, enhancing the benefits further. We are committed to offering versatile solutions to meet diverse needs, whether through our comprehensive emulsion systems or the standalone power of our homogenizers.
Discover how our innovative technology is leading the way in efficiency and sustainability.

Our new Hydrolution EZY A2W monobloc features improved anti-vibration technology, which reduces sound power levels effectively, including noise to 60dB (A) in the 10kW class model, even when running at full capacity. https://lnkd.in/ejQRufQ4
The passive EMC harmonic filters Ecosine from Schaffner Group contribute to a better utilization of the electrical system capacity by relieving the electrical infrastructure from the overload and heat caused by harmonic currents. At the same time, users benefit from a significantly improved power factor through the use of these filters.
The new Ecosine Flex FN3446 and FN3458 have been designed to exceed stringent safety standards, including UL approval, whether they are used in applications such as heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), water/wastewater treatment, fan and pump installations, factory automation or mission-critical processes, with a particular focus on reducing harmonic currents generated by frequency converters.
reduction of harmonics generated by frequency converters. The performance of Ecosine Flex filters enables compliance with EN 61000-3-12 or IEEE-519 for Isc/IL <50 and many other power quality standards.
With a power range of 4 kW to 200 kW, the new Ecosine Flex series closes the gap between the existing Ecosine Economy Line (power range 4 kW to 160 kW) and Ecosine Max with a power range of 250 kW to 500 kW.
The FN3446 400 V-480 V AC for 50 Hz networks and the FN3458 400-480 V AC for 60 Hz networks are compact, passive harmonic filters that increase energy efficiency and offer an excellent price/performance ratio. Compared to the previous models FN3416 and FN3418, the new models offer enhanced features, such as the option of a Trap Disconnect Jumper (TDJ) and an IP00 version (in addition to the standard IP20 version) - and thus an improved price/performance ratio.
