☕️ Here's an entry from the Small Batches library: "Argyris x Kahneman". From Wiring the Winning Organization (2023): The concept of fast thinking aligns with single-loop learning versus double-loop learning from Dr. Chris Argyris and Dr. Donald Schoen. In single-loop learning (like fast thinking) our routines are not altered by feedback. Double-loop learning (slow thinking) allows us to study the problem, be informed by feedback, and create new understanding. This creates new fast-thinking routines and capabilities that we can use during future performance. Comment below on this applies to your daily work.
