I even bought one for my home—it’s a simple innovation that stands the test of time, offering a little extra elbow room in the shower🚿! But while some things remain timeless, not all hotel technology holds up as well. I’m here at The Hospitality Show surrounded by so many amazing technology partners, and it’s inspiring to see the industry I love undergoing a technology makeover. I love what Kerry Mack shared during her panel with our own Adam H.: "There's so much manual work that's still happening - that is what we need throughout the industry to take away the manual nonsense...and that's not to take away anyone's job. That is to take away what is actually causing people to not interact with guests and to hurt the hospitality portion of the business."
